Welcome Home

Carleton-Willard Village

is a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) set amid 72 acres of pristine fields and forest, yet close to the cultural and intellectual offerings of Boston, one of America's best-loved cities.

We offer a complete and flexible range of services from well-appointed apartments and cluster homes to Assistance in Living, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation services, and support for those with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.

The Village is, above all, a real community where new Residents are warmly welcomed and lasting friendships easily formed. To over 350 of the most interesting, diverse and accomplished people you will find anywhere, Carleton-Willard is . . . A Place Called Home. Won't you join us?

Continuing the legacy

Carleton-Willard Village has been providing unparalleled services to those over 65 since 1884. As the first (and for almost a decade, the only) fully accredited CCRC in Massachusetts, we set the standard in retirement living. Our leadership continues to this day.
