Independent Living – Cluster Homes

Convenience. Easy living. The comforts of home and the joy of friends. Carleton-Willard's attached cluster homes form congenial neighborhoods of 11 to 22 residences surrounded by sun-dappled woodlands. Here, neighbors wake to birdsong. Tend flourishing gardens. And enjoy all Village amenities, a short walk (or Village jitney ride) from their door.

Active, independent adults choose from a variety of cluster homes—one bedroom, two bedrooms, two bedrooms with study—in floor plans ranging from 705 to nearly 1,500 square feet. All are single story and fully applianced with electric stove, disposal, refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, individually controlled heat, and central air conditioning.

Affordable monthly fees include housekeeping, maintenance, trash collection and recycling, snow removal, lawn care, bed and bath linens provided and laundered weekly, Resident's choice of one meal each day in the Village's Abbott Dining Room or Victoria Café, and all utilities except telephone and cable.
